Significant situation: This 2021 our country celebrated its bicentennial, 200 years of our independence. Can you believe it? Peru is a very rich country for its biodiversity, its culture and its traditions, and we all have different reasons to be proud of being part of this country. And you, why are you proud to be Peruvian or Peruvian? Could you make them known in English? How?


Lesson Purpose: In this case, the purpose is as follows: Understand short texts in English by identifying words, phrases and simple structures to elaborate, in this language, MIni project: investigate, plan, prepare and present it, referring to plastic waste, reduction of water, energy and other subjects that help to take care of the environment. Cross-cutting approaches: Environmental approach (values: planetary solidarity and intergenerational equity)

Structure / Activity: Lead in: Teacher What actions help to reduce the generation of plastic waste? How often do you do them? Development: Dcente encourages them to remember the criteria of the “Let's Self-Assess” or “Let's Reflect” section to carry out their productions. Close: students research new words, different from those indicated in the box called “Word bank”, in order to use them in their text, for example: transform, avoid or try. Product: self-assessment.
